The Dorfkirche Gütter is a historic, Romanesque fieldstone church in the Gütter district of the town of Burg near Magdeburg. The fortified church, which is a listed monument, has shaped the village's appearance for over 800 years and serves as a spiritual center for the Protestant community. The striking, rectangular hall building was constructed entirely in the 12th century from regional fieldstones. Still in the Romanesque era, a west tower of the same width and rectangular shape was added to the structure. While the small, round-arched window openings on the cooler north side have been preserved in their original medieval state, the windows on the south side have been enlarged over the centuries to allow more light into the interior. In the church tower, there is a rare bronze bell from the 13th century.

The Burg bei Magdeburg train station is located in the northwest of the city and was opened in 1846 on the Berlin–Magdeburg railway line. The facility is a through station with three platforms and several listed buildings, including the station building, a water tower, and a crane system. Between 1896 and 1965, the transshipment station of the Jerichower Kleinbahnen also existed about 500 m from the main station. During this time, further freight facilities, connections, and an expansion of the station building were built. After the closure of the local railway, the main line was modernized several times. The station forecourt received an award in 1999 as "the most beautiful in Saxony-Anhalt". https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bahnhof_Burg_(b_Magdeburg)

The train station is well laid out and in good condition. A good calling card for Burg. The bus station is reminiscent of a gas station 😉
