This is a beautiful section of Nine Mile Creek Trail, most of it boardwalk.

The bridge is now connected to the paved trail, I didn't get any pictures of this particular wooden walkway, but there are several along this trail.

The trees between the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail and the lake were so thick I only got glimpses of it, it would be fun to see again in the fall, or loop around on the other side of the lake.

What a nice park, near the West end of the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail, would be a good starting point if you didn't want to start in Hopkins.

It's definitely a creek, very short across, but burbling along next to the bike path that shares it's name.
