Several trails cross the water here. In our case, so much water was flowing down that we felt it wasn't safe to cross. It's a shame we couldn't walk around because of this, but the waterfall was beautiful!

It's in the corner on the main street. i first thought it was some sort of chapel but no. A war memorial. Never forget the names of those who gave us freedom today.

A beautifully located hut. For our group, we only had Jota or minestrone, with or without sausage. It was plentiful and delicious. Cold drinks were also available.

The top of Mount Nero, highly panoramic. The view extends over the Kobarid valley, the Julian Alps and Prealps, the Triglav mountain range and the Triglav National Park.

70 metres below the summit is the Monte Nero refuge, an excellent place to rest and take shelter after the long climb.
