Running
The De Donk Recreation Area is located on the western edge of the city of Oudenaarde. Its focus is on sports-based recreation, on and around a man-made pond. The area covers 85 hectares, and the pond 30 hectares. The walking path around the Donk Pond is over 2.6 km long and constructed of stabilized dolomite. The route is highly varied, going up and down, and in some places offers beautiful views of the first hills of the Flemish Ardennes.
