    Hiking

No. 1 Royal Crescent is a museum which has been decorated and furnished just as it might have been during the period 1776-1796. The rooms feature historic furniture, pictures and objects that reveal what life was like for Bath’s fashionable residents – both upstairs and downstairs. Audio and video presentations tells the story of a fictitious family living in the house.

    Hiking

Absolutely worth a look during your walk through Bath. Relatively quiet compared to the city center and particularly impressive architecture.

The Royal Crescent, designed by John Wood the Younger, is one of Bath’s most iconic sights.
It is made up of 30 Grade I Listed terrace townhouses overlooking Royal Victoria Park.

A cobbled road runs around the front of the crescent and is a no-through road to traffic but you can get through on a bike.
