This palace is called "del Cammello" by the Venetians, but its name is Palazzo Mastelli.
Its name derives from a bas-relief of a camel, in dot, which can be seen on the right side of the facade.
It is said that this palace was built by three merchant brothers who came from Morea (Peloponnese) Rioba, Sandi and Afani or the famous "Moors" who give their name to the nearby field
