Here you follow the "Plan Bier - De Witkap Cycling Route". This is a recreational cycling route that introduces you to the beer culture of the region. The route is 46.7 km long and starts at the Slaghmuylder brewery in Ninove, where the famous Witkap beer is brewed. The route follows the meandering Dender and takes you past picturesque villages, historic sights and cozy cafés. Along the way you can taste various regional beers, such as the Aalsterse Bruine, the Gijzelaar, the Gouden Arend and the Vicaris.
