Hiking
A hidden gem on the 8th floor.
We have a wood grill, which you don't often see in a restaurant that is at a height of forty meters, and we grill tail fish, lobster, sole or rye wing on it. Scandinavian style: no heavy sauces, not too much show. Pure nature. Oysters and other fruits de mer are also available. But of course you can also order grilled meat such as ribs or West Flemish red from our own farm.
