This rustic neo-Gothic church from 1911 is located in the hamlet of Prosperpolder in East Flanders. It was designed by architect Jules Goethals on behalf of Duke Engelbert-Marie of Arenberg.
The quiet parking lot opposite the church is the starting point of a wonderful tour through the polder area, where the Doel nuclear power plant dominates the view at several points.
Tired but satisfied, you can enjoy a tasty snack and/or drink in the cozy neighborhood cafe 'Den Angeluus'.
