A must-see in Kurzen Trechow is the old manor house. Here, too, we encounter traces of the Cistercians. The description of the manor house's history states that the wedge pockets in the carved boulders bear witness to the building technique that the Cistercians introduced to the region.

Very impressive council building for such a relatively small town. But looks great.

The town hall of Bützow was built in 1849. It is located in the center of Bützow directly on the market square of the city center in the immediate vicinity of the Gothic collegiate church. From 1847 to 1849 the town hall was built in the neo-Gothic Tudor style according to the plans of the state architect Susemihl. A somewhat pompous entrance part with a balcony and an upstream staircase reminds of the time when Bützow was the residence of the Schwerin bishops. The decorative turrets on the corners and at the entrance portal were therefore given the crowning glory of bishops. The town hall was thoroughly renovated around 1995.

The Bützow town hall with the goose fountain is located directly on the market in the old town. It was built between 1847 and 1849. The town hall is built in the Tudor Gothic style and towers considerably over the adjoining town houses as a contrast. To commemorate the time when Bützow was the residence of the bishop, the ornamental towers were provided with bishop's hats. The town hall is currently the seat of the mayor and some offices, and the town information can also be found there. It's worth staying at the Gänsebrunnen and enjoying the view.
