🌾⚙️ Molen De Hoop – Sint Philipsland In the heart of Sint Philipsland stands the Molen De Hoop 🏡🌾, a beautiful 19th-century windmill. The white, round stone mill with its sails ⚙️ is visible from afar and forms a striking landmark in the village. In the past, grain was ground here 🌾➡️🍞, and the mill played an important role in the daily lives of the residents. Today, it is mainly a monument to history and craftsmanship 🕰️, but occasionally the sails still turn to keep the old craft alive. The mill exudes peace and strength 💪, right in the middle of the open Zeeland landscape. With the sky and clouds above ☁️ and the polders around 🌿, it feels as if time stands still.

A new descent on the Kragge has been open since spring 2025. It's a downhill course (unfortunately often against the wind) with various rock gardens, small jumps, and banked turns. You can choose different routes depending on your skill level and difficulty. It's suitable for advanced bikers. Unfortunately, there's no proper signage yet, but you can pick up this route while riding the XC route or via the wide main path.

Well, it may be a geographical spot, but the industrial area and the mediocre road surfaces don't make it particularly attractive. A little further on, past the golf course on the dike, the charm of Zeeland begins 😎

Mmm a bit of a tough one this one. Cycling up a 20 degree slope once is a challenge but this over and over again in full sun?

A new (May 2025) flowline with various rock gardens, small jump lines in a descending line as an extra option on the Col du Kragge next to the existing XC track. You can pick up this line via the existing XC route but also via the wide main path that runs over the top of the Kragge. Challenging and not for beginners.
