The Roman Catholic Church of St. Gallus is located in Schörzingen, a district of Schömberg in the Zollernalb district in Baden-Württemberg. The parish belongs to the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart. The building is registered as an architectural monument with the State Office for Monument Preservation in Baden-Württemberg. The hall church, built between 1727 and 1740, consists of a nave, a recessed choir closed on three sides in the east, a choir flank tower on the north wall of the choir, which is covered transversely with a gable roof between tail gables. The sacristy is located under the lean-to roof in the south of the choir. The statues of the church furnishings were created during the construction period. really great path: but just before Fridingen a new bridge is being built (as of October 20, 2024) - then it goes up a few meters on a gravel path through the forest (and back down to Fridingen to the train station). Unfortunately, on the 4 km before that there are no signs that you can't get through with a racing bike or that you can only get through on gravel. Why can't you put up a short sign before the last junction?
