Great roads south of Varna, though a little rough toward Galata. The climb (about 300m elevation over 5 km) is fantastic! July 1, 2023: About 1 km of rough road west of Beloslav where they appear to be repaving the road. Passable gravel on a road bike. The bridge is challenging. It is narrow and busy but is rideable for those on quick road bikes who are comfortable in modest traffic. I found it not too bad going southbound at 9 am. Be sure to have a tail light!
