The beach in Hörnum is well-visited but not as crowded as, for example, Westerland. It's a fine sandy beach, and the water is remarkably calm, unlike Westerland, Wenningstedt, or Rantum! Teens dominate Hörnum, and you can feel it. At 32, I suddenly felt "toooooo old" 😂 Great if you want to get away from it all!
