The lakeside promenade was redesigned very successfully in the early 2020s - many benches and wide seating steps. Great atmosphere - the steamers depart from here, there is a small kiosk and beautiful views over the lake.

Since April 2016, the 2.30 m high sculpture Der Diez by artist Matthias Rodach has stood on a roughly 6 m high oak trunk on Untermüllerplatz at the end of Mühlstraße. It shows a fisherman proudly holding a golden carp. Beautiful sculpture in a very atmospheric place.
