The tower can be visited, I think it starts at ten in the morning, and you can take beautiful photos.

The Breña park is beautifully tranquil, some of it hard packed gravel but once you’re in the interior, the tracks turn to deep , red sand and when I say deep I mean you’re stuck in it, even on a standard mountain bike and for me on a gravel bike with 650b x 47 tyres, it meant carrying it back to the road. This is why you see so many locals on Fatboys, electric Fatboys and mountain bikes that can take monster tyres! Be warned..

Spring and autumn offer pleasant temperatures ideal for hiking and exploring the natural park without the intense summer heat. These seasons are also excellent for birdwatching in the marshlands. Absolutely! The La Breña and Barbate Marshes Natural Park, particularly its pine forests, offers trails suitable for mountain biking. A unique feature of the park's coastal cliffs are the 'caños' – freshwater springs that emerge directly from the cliffs and pour potable water into small coves. These provide a refreshing natural element to the dramatic coastal landscape. The blend of marine environments, coastal cliffs, pine forests, and marshlands within a single protected area also makes it ecologically distinct.
Barbate is a significant fishing port with a strong connection to the sea. It's renowned for its traditional 'almadraba' tuna fishing method, which has been practiced for centuries.
