The only place to get water on the whole climb

The only water source on the entire climb. It's very hot up there, so bring plenty! The climb is completely exposed to the sun. 😰

A trail through the woods, almost entirely in the shade. Very beautiful and simple.

A beautiful place, disconnected from the world (we just miss the road and the cars, which thankfully leave at the end of the day). Delicious meal despite basic dormitories and the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. Warm welcome, a great stopover!

In the woods above Jouvenceaux, a hamlet of Sauze d'Oulx, a series of remarkable artistic creations follow one another in the woods. Some are carved into the bark of trees, others planted in the ground, others still have strange and enigmatic shapes: they certainly do not leave you indifferent!

https://youtu.be/yXwSCuy65x8 I only found one restaurant there, after half an hour the waiter had walked past me 20 times, so I have no idea if it tasted good. The climb to Malrif starts very steeply, but only about 30m, then a flatter valley, but hardly rideable because it's blocked, the last 300m you have to push.
