The gravel paths on Terschelling are truly wonderful. I can't get enough of the variety of paths through the forests and dunes.

The layout of the Harlingen Town Hall (1732), with the exception of a number of modernizations, is still largely original. In 2015/2016, the town hall was restored. Stories from the past brought this beautiful, monumental building back to life. The current civic hall was where the town council used to meet. Now the current college of Mayor and Aldermen meets there. The council chamber still has its original function; but nowadays you can also get married here. The town hall of Harlingen can be viewed on weekdays, if the time of the ushers allows. Source: https://www.harlingenwelkomaanzee.nl/nl/verhalen/schatkamers/monumenten/stadhuis
