August 25, 2025, Dead Oak Tree in New Forest National Park

It's a pretty eerie looking tree. right on the intersection. Weirdly it hasn't changed in the few years i've seen it. Hope I'm that lucky when I die. :0

September 23, 2024, Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary

Nice easy section with the occasional deer or horse to be seen. Ground can get quite boggy during rainy times, but that's why wellies were made. for jumping in the bogs!!!

Bolderwood Arboretum is open to hikers and bikers, though some trails have been blocked by placed logs, and has a viewing platform for wildlife spotting at the Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary. The deer are fed daily by a local keeper between April and September, and are often seen in the main meadow. Feeding time is usually between noon and 3pm.
