Along the road, you’ll follow the lake’s shoreline. You can walk right up to the water, stepping onto the grass, and take a moment to enjoy the scenery. From here, you’ll see Harvagrund, a small island in the middle of the lake, just big enough to hold a few fir trees.

Nice beach, but keep in mind there is no kiosk or similar so bring you own drink and food.

This is a fantastic fun piece of gravel. Note the grazing animals - the sign says they're water buffalo and are here for biodiversity!

Attention: the owner doesn't like it at all if you arrive there without a reservation. Very very rude. Then he should build a bridle around it.

Great little island for a lunch break. Has an amazing view over Vallentunasjön and even a little hut to sit in (see the picture). It's private property, so take care not to damage anything.
