For those interested in the surroundings and who appreciate local specialties, a detour to the Sialm meat drying facility is worthwhile. For 55 years, this family business has been producing excellent "Bündner Fleisch" (air-dried beef) and other products without additives, which provide plenty of energy and flavor on the tour. Meat can also be purchased from a vending machine outside of opening hours. A real highlight!
