Nice climb from Les Diablerets. Doable (also directly after the Col du Pillon). Especially the last kilometer offers beautiful views and at the top you can see the Mont Blanc glacier (?). There is a small bar at the top but they had no coffee (September).

The Rössli has been run as an inn since 1845, wow! During the village fire of Gstaad in 1898, it was fortunately spared from the flames, making it the oldest inn in Gstaad. The charming hotel has 18 rooms and two restaurants. The kitchen skillfully conjures up a blend of modern and traditional cuisine. Anyone in the Pays-d’Enhaut should definitely take a break here. The Fromagerie Fleurette in Rougemont is known far beyond the region for its handmade raw milk specialties. The flagship is the eponymous "Tomme Fleurette" – a wonderfully creamy soft cheese that carries the aroma of the mountain meadows above 1,000 meters. The milk comes from cows kept without silage (only grass and hay), which is noticeable in the unadulterated taste. More information about the cheese dairy: https://tommefleurette.ch/?lang=de.
