The bridge was recently redone. Otherwise, a normal bridge, no special highlight!

The cemetery in Bargteheide is a central resting place in the city. It serves as a place of reflection and remembrance and is characterized by its well-kept green spaces and quiet atmosphere. We liked the beautifully laid out cemetery. It offers you the opportunity to find peace and serenity on a walk and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is also very good that our four-legged friends are also welcome on a leash. The cemetery in Bargteheide is not only a burial site, but also a place of cultural and social life. It serves as a place for funeral ceremonies and commemorative events and is an important part of the urban community. It contributes to local identity and reflects the values and traditions of the city of Bargteheide in its design and maintenance. https://trauer.shz.de/branchenbuch/1646/bargteheide,-friedhof

From 1867 to 1970, Bargteheide was the seat of a district court, the former "Royal Danish District Court". There was also a prison behind the building until the end of the 1930s. The building now houses the Bargteheide police headquarters (Alte Landstraße 68). https://www.bargteheide.de/Bildung-Freizeit/Sehensw%C3%BCrdigkeiten-Tourismus/Sehensw%C3%BCrdigkeiten/Altes-Amtsgericht.php?object=tx,2971.5567.1&NavID=3489.78&La=1

In the old days, the Bargteheide flea, livestock and horse market took place here twice a year. The markets had a folk festival character, and the entire area around Bargteheide took part. The markets' heyday was around the middle of the 18th century. After the start of the First World War, the market had lost all significance. A fountain with a horse and a handshake symbol on Lindenstrasse / corner of Alte Landstrasse reminds us of the old horse market. https://www.bargteheide.de/Bildung-Freizeit/Sehensw%C3%BCrdigkeiten-Tourismus/Sehensw%C3%BCrdigkeiten/Der-alte-Pferdemarkt-an-der-Lindenstra%C3%9Fe.php?object=tx,2971.5568.1&NavID=3489.78&La=1
