Located next to the festival hall at Steinert, directly on the Hohe Steinert shooting range. If you don't know it, it's your own fault. 😜 I'm here often when I'm heading towards Gevelndorf, the Bike Park at Audres, Heedfeld, Dickenberg or the game enclosure. By the way, from here you can ride great through the Grebbecke without the stress on Heedfelder Str.

The Klärme or Versetal bridge impressively spans the Versetal valley and is a striking structure above the dam. From here, there are wide views over the surrounding forests and the landscape of the Sauerland region. A special viewpoint that complements the tour with an architectural highlight.

The imposing dam of the Versetalsperre is a striking point in the region and impresses with its massive construction.

The King Theodore Trail is integrated into a popular circular hiking route that starts at Neuenhof Water Castle and offers a varied route through the Elspe Valley. It was named after Theodor von Neuhoff, an ancestor of the lords of Neuenhof Castle, who was briefly King of Corsica in the 18th century and ultimately died penniless and in poverty in a London prison.
