On a fabulous path through a wonderful forest stands this bench, which will still offer a view across the Modenbachtal into the Pfälzer Wald for a few more years. At some point, the trees will have closed this viewing window again. Until then, you can enjoy a dreamlike view and absolute tranquility here (OK, every now and then airplanes and other hikers). In fact, it is also the only bench on this section of the path.

A beautiful, narrow hiking trail. However, after rain, it can be muddy and slippery. You have to be careful in some places to avoid slipping, especially in the heavily soiled sections.
