One of the most important medieval monuments in all of Poland. It is over 700 years old and inside there are paintings with the legend of Lancelot of the Lake. Who is not fascinated by the legends of King Arthur and his countrymen? - this is a must-see! This tower was built in 1313-15 and is one of the largest such towers in Central Europe, and the wooden ceilings here are the oldest in Poland. And so the small, inconspicuous Siedlęcin hides a true historical miracle.

Beautiful palace, just a few minutes from the castle ruins across the street. While you have to pay to stay here, you can walk around the grounds. This building (guesthouse) has a long history, but its current form was given to it in 1946.

A magical place with an incredible history: these ruins are considered the oldest secular building in the whole of Silesia. Construction began here in the 12th century with many reconstructions over the centuries. The castle was destroyed in 1646 during the Thirty Years' War. Today, these are magnificent ruins and a brilliant panorama of the area from above.

Stunning gothic castle, the oldest in Silesia and one of the oldest in Poland. Its first incarnation was most probably built around 1160 by Bolesław I the Tall, the Duke of Wrocław. The cylindrical so-called "bergfried" tower we can see today was constructed in the 15th Century. It had a quite tumultuous history which was sadly interrupted by the Thirty Years' War when it was besieged, stormed and eventually blown up. Since then it stands in ruins and some restoration work has been only carried out after 2009. It might be tricky to cycle up the castle but even a walk is well worth it.
