The hut still exists, but it is no longer accessible and is closed. Unfortunately, you can no longer reach the bench in front of the hut for a break on the bench. Nevertheless, it is worth cycling up here through this beautiful valley.

The "Hechtsee Outflow - Station 11" viewpoint on the Kiefer Energy Hiking Trail is a particularly good place to view the waterfall. The outflowing water sometimes smells like rotten eggs due to hydrogen sulfide compounds in the deep water. This is unpleasant, but not hazardous to health and does not affect the quality of the water for swimming or fishing.

A beautiful place where you can start many mountain and cycling tours; it doesn't always have to be the Kampenwand.

The corner bastion, constructed of tuff blocks, features a massive wall with a sloping base and a stringcourse; the upper section of the wall projects slightly. The casemate roofs are accessible and have wide, stepped arrow slits. This structure, located at the northwest corner of the old town directly on the Inn River, was built starting in 1561 during the bastion's final expansion phase. To the northeast, it was separated from the city's outer bailey by the city moat. The Baroque-style structure was vaulted, housed the casemates, and was covered by a roof. When the bastions were demolished in 1862, the interior spaces were filled with earth and the openings were bricked up.
