The cycle path along the Fils has been closed since June 2024 due to a landslide. Initial reconstruction work has now begun, with the aim of Summer 2025. :-( Following a Herculean effort by the construction company, the Filstal cycle path near Kuchen has been continuously passable again since March 30, 2025.

Very tasty trout, further back in the area there is also a raft for children, who can use it to steer across a small pond.
