It covers about 95–100 ha, is approximately 2.4 km long, and has a maximum depth of nearly 11 meters. Its shores connect urban development with green areas, and on the city side, fragments of medieval defensive walls from the 14th century have been preserved. By the lake, there is a municipal beach and recreational infrastructure, and the northwestern shores border the "Sarni Las" nature and landscape complex. Around the lake, there is a nature trail for cyclists and pedestrians.

The Lapidarium in Cisewo is a historic sepulchral lapidarium established on the grounds of the former evangelical cemetery, located on the northern edge of the village of Cisewo (Kobylanka commune, Stargard county). The necropolis was probably founded at the end of the 18th century. The oldest preserved and legible tombstone in this area dates back to 1860. Next to it is the historic building of the former school from 1913. After World War II, the cemetery was devastated. In 2006, the destroyed graves were tidied up, and the scattered, historic stone and cast-iron tombstone elements were collected and exhibited, creating an official lapidarium. The central point is an obelisk – a former monument dedicated to the village residents (then Zimmermannshorst) who fell in World War I. During the renovation, a modern memorial plaque was attached to it.
