There's a staircase from the road down to the bike path. On the map, it looks like the paths intersect.

The old train station now houses a beer garden. There's also a place to park bicycles. It's worth taking a break here.

Our Polish neighbors have built a wonderful bridge there. The bike path in Poland is now also accessible, at least for a short stretch.

The Soviet IS-2 tank. The machine belonged to the Polish 4th Independent Tank Regiment and in the period from July 1944 to May 1945 it covered a combat route of almost 1,300 km in total. The IS-2 tank was the Soviet response to the German Tigers. It was supposed to have an advantage due to its good armor and a 122 mm cannon (the Tiger had 88 mm). In practice, however, it turned out that the cannon had too low a rate of fire and the armor was too weak anyway. On top of that, it was very slow. However, the German Tigers were a much better tank.
