I stopped because of the ice cream advertisement. I ate a homemade éclair and two good coffees. Next door, I was able to stock up on cold drinks for the rest of the journey.

The ferryman comes on call. As of June 2025, the ferry was operated free of charge. The ferryman was still happy to receive a small donation.

I had included the restaurant in my route as an option for something to eat and drink. My route planning is always holistic for a multi-day trip, so I don't know if I would take advantage of the offer if I happened upon it. This way, I don't have to search for it. Here, I found good food and plenty of fluids, coupled with a beautiful view. Well, the weather did spoil the view a bit. The restaurant isn't equipped for electric bikes. However, it was no problem to recharge inside. Of course, I got an extra tip for that! If I were to cycle through this region again, I would plan a stop here, hopefully on the terrace in the sunshine.
