Beautiful hike through the rather barren coastal area.

It is a lovely bike ride with a long stretch from Montpellier along the Lez towards Palavas Les Flots. Here you have flocks of flamingos, trees full of nightingales and étangs full of black winged stilts. Also the white Camargue ponies are in lots of fields, so bring some carrots and apples. Frontignan was quiet as it was a Sunday but it is lovely.

Small cozy village in l"Hérault with authentic gateway and narrow streets. At the Spar shop you also have a terrace. Ideal as a stopover.
