Currently (as of July 2025), there's a lot of excavation and construction going on here. For cycling emergencies, there's a local sports shop that carries all kinds of cycling supplies and was able to quickly help us with our bike repairs: https://sport-addict06.fr/

A beautiful place worth visiting.

The Collet des Trous is a pass that culminates at 1,977 meters above sea level. In addition to the panoramic view of the valleys that surround it, it is also a way to reach Mont Tournairet at the foot of which stands a small unguarded refuge. 600 meters separate you from it.

Saint-Martin-Vésubie is the last village before the Mercantour National Park. It is also a very special place for those who love nature and canyoning in particular. Many courses are close to the village. The village itself is really adorable. The town was terribly affected by the terrible flood of October 2, 2020, and although almost 2 years have passed, the effects of the meteorological disaster are still visible on certain buildings near the river.

A beautiful high altitude hike with the best panoramic view towards the Mediterranean and to the northeast on the 3000s. Perhaps the most beautiful pleasure tour in the Vallee de Gordolasque! The descent to Belvedere with the 1800 hm, however, burden the thighs.
