Lago di Caldonazzo = a treat for the retina! The loop follows almost exclusively well-signposted, mostly paved bike paths. The most accessible stretch for cycling is 2-3 km past Levico Terme on the SP 228, which is very narrow and has lots of cars. Conclusion: The loop is highly recommended.
At the end of my tour through the regions of Northern Italy, I was able to do this varied tour in beautiful summer weather. My conclusion: Il Trentino è bellissimo!
The west bank of Lago di Levico is open again and the trail is a dream
A very nice trip through the mountains. Only after the Speckstubbe it is too steep, even for an E bike. Had to walk for a large part, luckily it only goes downhill after that.
Surprisingly beautiful route with lots of variety, almost only on cycle paths and small side roads. Cycling is prohibited at Lake Levico, but you can ride slowly or push your bike. Lake Levico is a place to unwind, almost otherworldly 😌
After setting up the tent trailer was a disaster yesterday, I acted as if I had never set up the part, only a small introductory round was planned for today. That was nice and relaxing.
Caldaro am See was originally planned, but unfortunately all pitches are fully booked. But at Lake Levico and all around it is also beautiful 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏽♂️🚌
