This route was planned by komoot.
If we had known which paths we would have to take to climb to Lenzenhof, we might have planned differently 😬. Ultimately it was possible with the drive (turbo😉) and the rest in the Lenzenhof with this phenomenal view of the valley made up for it again🤩. Luckily the descent was on the asphalt road. After a short swim stop🏊♂️ in the pleasantly temperate Kalterer Lake, we met up with friends who were cycling through in Auer for a coffee☕️ before we headed back.
After a Sella-Termeno at 75kmh on asphalt, a killer crampon to reach the high road and then the forest up to Graun. Unfortunately Komoot was right and the Lochweg was in fact suitable for riding :-( Descent towards Cortaccia and then long back against the wind to home.
The goal was to try the food at the Gummererhof, but we got there a little too early, so to avoid eating at Gerald's time :-) we continued on to the already tried and tested Lenzenhof.
