With this gravel tour we want to lead you to discover the Brughiera del Dosso, the Valle del Ticino Regional Park and the Palude Brabbia, among lakes and marshes.
Leave your car in the convenient car park in Porto, on Lake Varese, and cross the Varese Visconti plains, a natural corridor that unites the two main regional parks in the province of Varese, Campo dei Fiori and Ticino.
With a segment through the Arsago marshes, you end up following the course of the Strona stream up to Ticino, between fast gravel sections and poetic passages in the woods.
Cross the river's main embankment, go up the moraine hills to Lake Comabbio, a pearl for those who love cycling, and then return to the starting point on the cycle path of the same name, circumnavigating the natural area of the Brabbia marsh.
