Moderate road ride. Good fitness required. Mostly well-paved surfaces and easy to ride. The starting point of the route is right next to a parking lot.

Trail Reviews

Thierry L'HENORET
April 20, 2023, Tour de Gironde #5 - Bordeaux / Saint -Sève

Leaving Bordeaux was as good as entering. From the cycle path to reach the center and exit by the stone bridge. Then the Roger Lapébie cycle path is superb. 50 kms on an old railway line with gentle slopes and beautiful landscapes. From Sauveterre de Guyenne to the finish, we wind on small hilly country roads. Very beautiful too. No camping tonight, we sleep in a farm found on the HomeCamper site.
