Nice tour, but some of the paths are difficult to walk as they are grass paths that are not all mowed. Therefore recommendation for closed shoes. Not all sections of the route are suitable for prams. On the way back you pass the leisure park (formerly Kamelhof) which you can still visit.
This morning we started at the Rotfelden sports field in autumnal weather. But the sun eventually came out and it turned out to be a beautiful day. A good half of the hike is on paved roads/paths.
Short instant round over the undulating terrain of the Eastern Black Forest. Far-reaching views from the heights. The marking as "instant" is quite sparse. Follow the yellow diamond. Not very spectacular with a bit too much asphalt.
Today in Rotfelden on the hiking day of the Wfr. Rotfelden participated. The route led in large parts over the instant round and was very pleasant to hike. The paths led through the forest as well as over meadows and fields. On the way you could always enjoy the view of Rotfelden and the surrounding area.
The 🥾Rotfelden hiking friends had 🌞invited people to their 🥇🌍50th International IVV public hiking day🌍🥇 today. Start/Finish: Community hall, Lerchenweg 21a, 72224 Ebhausen-Rotfelden. 🥾Hiking routes of 5 & 10 km were offered. I decided on the 10 km route today because the 🥾hiking route ran mostly on the 👀👁AugenBlickRunde👁👀 Ebhausen-Rotfelden. A 🌳🌲varied and 👀prospective 🥾hiking route. The hike counted towards the 🥇🌍IVV folk sports badge🌍🥇.
The Rotfelden hiking friends had their anniversary this year 🗓 They are holding their hiking day for the 50th time 🎒🥾🥾 🤔 Margot was 30 and I was there for the 35th time 🙆 It's hard to believe how quickly time flies 🤷 We did the 10 km route today. Previously 20 km was offered but the effort had become too great. At the finish in the hall and today, with the great weather 🌞 also outside, all hikers were well looked after with food 🌭🍟🍗 and drink 🍻. Of course, as always, we met many well-known IVV members and Komootlers. It's kind of like being in an extended family. I assume that the Rotfelden hiking friends were satisfied with the number of visitors 👨👩👧👧👨👦👨👩👧👦🚶🚶♀️🏃 and are inviting everyone back next year to their 51st hiking day. The beer 🍺 of the day was something very special to mark the anniversary 😃 Brewed by Prince Luitpold of Bavaria. His Royal🫅 Highness is also an entrepreneur💰 and personally ensures the high quality of this wheat bock. It is a wheat bock for gourmets with a powerful drinkability 😋 Balanced and with a soft taste, the beer 🍺 is a taste experience. However, at 8% vol. you should hold off on a third one 🥳🥳
