In our search for spring feelings we have more than found what we were looking for here.
A beautiful and very idyllic hike. Very nice paths. It is easy to park at the castle. There is a restaurant in the castle. However, it is only open on certain days of the week. But it looks very attractive - including a very nice beer garden.
The circular trail SU 2 is beautiful and well signposted. There is a lot to discover for children... I recommend it👍
Today I'm going on a little tour in the Kraichgau hills. I'm starting from the Ravensburg car park. Ravensburg doesn't look like much from the outside. I remember a beautiful castle courtyard with an inviting beer garden. If you didn't want to go into the restaurant, you could get a little something at the kiosk outside, but that was a long time ago.... Today the entrance gate is blocked off with an ugly fence - private! The castle restaurant is only open on a few days, otherwise you can't get in😏🤷♀️. I'm walking towards Sulzfeld. The day is gloomy, but the bees 🐝 are buzzing and the birds 🐦⬛ are chirping. Beautiful paths lead through orchards and through the forest to the Kürnbacher viewpoint, a lovely place to linger and look out into the world. Now it's through the forest for a while, alternating between wider and narrower paths until just before Mühlbach. Here you walk in an arc past orchards and vineyards back to the castle, which you often see on the tour.
Unfortunately, the camera function failed and only came back at the end of the hike. All in all, a very nice round that we will tackle again. Finally, a good snack at Pfefferles Besen in Sulzfeld.
Today we are on the road with the hiking group Besenhex forest and vines. Defensive wall built over the Eppingen lines from the Türkenlouis to the Ravensburg Great prospects up to the Palatinate Mountains At Jägerfrizsteinbruch where a water wheel shows the source of the Kohlbach We continue through Schöbe paths along vines and forest to Ravensburg, where we explore the secret passages and enjoy the view A steep ravine then takes you back to the Ravesburghalle It was another beautiful day of hiking.
Today was hiking day at our dance club.
Café Unbeschwert is unfortunately permanently closed. Status: December 2024
