Today I exceeded 50,000 km on this bike, which I bought when I retired 10 years ago. Not a single breakdown or defect along the way. 👍👍
The first part is a bit more demanding, up and down with loose terrain.
Today, on our 2nd day in Schleswig, we went to the Idstedter bathing lake because of the great heat (luckily it was only 30 degrees here). Luckily on the way there we went over shady forest paths to the lake. After a long bathing break under shady trees we went back to Schleswig on a not so shady path past the Langsee.
Today, with beautiful blue skies and a temperature of 16°C, we took a relaxed, leisurely ride in the north of Schleswig. We passed through some forest sections, Lake Idstedt and Lake Langsee, and blooming rapeseed fields 🤩 No refreshment stops open outside of Schleswig this Sunday 😕 But Turm Café 26 offers a wonderful panoramic view of Schleswig, the Schlei, and the surrounding area. From paved bike paths to meadow paths, everything is there again 🚴♂️🚴♀️ It was beautiful 😃
