Today after work I conquered the "local mountain" of Bad Kleinkirchheim to test the self-constructed belt of my Brose motor --> It held 😎 Nice, long flow trail down to the valley, I took a shortcut and rode a few paths 😜 No people on the mountain or on the trail, I was alone, maybe it was too hot today...
Today it was all about the Kolmnock. The long, sometimes steep ascent was supposed to end at Kaiserbruck, but there was simply too much snow on the last stretch. Together with the icy wind, I lost my appetite and looked for alternatives. I continued to follow the original route, which runs for a while on the Flow Country Trail. Later I also took the "Bach Trail". It paid off, it's fun. Conclusion: A successful tour that leads past so many trails that you can't even decide which one to take. Absolutely great!
Went up to the Imperial Castle without a lift. Then followed the flow trail for a bit, then the intention was to ride the Rossralm trail. We didn't succeed, but we found the stream trail and rode it. Was nice.
Beautiful tour in the Nockberge mountains 🤩🤩🤩. The uphill from the Maibrunnhütte to the Strohsack reservoir is pretty tough at 26%, but it's doable on grass. It's only at the end of the 400m on scree that it gets very technical 😬🫤. A real challenge without an e-bike 🫣
