It is definitely too close to everything to really immerse yourself in nature. But we stayed at the Hopfenburg and from there it was a nice, idyllic and, with the inclines, quite hearty morning tour. You can do it, but because of the lack of challenge and the short distance, it's certainly not worth the trip on its own. Even if we were rarely able to discover natural beauty.
