It is not just a narrow path as described by Stefan, which is very nice to drive. It also has some obstacles and leads directly to a busy street - so be careful!

View of Enzklösterle

Highlight • Viewpoint

Enzklösterle is the blueberry village in the upper Enz Valley and is always worth a visit. The place is fantastically embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Black Forest.

Viereichenhütte

Highlight • Mountain Hut

A neat little hut in the forest, not far from Enzklösterle on the Diebstichweg. In good weather a nice place for a Vesper, in bad weather it offers a little protection from wind and rain.

Lehen-Hütte

Highlight • Mountain Hut

The special feature is the large rhizome of a silver fir, which is turned upside down as a table in the hut. Nice hut for a little break.

Trail Reviews

Wolfgang 💙💛
July 19, 2025, Enztalrunde

I took the Enz Valley Loop with friends. The tour led through the blueberry-growing village of Enzklösterle, up to the Kaltenbronn raised bog and the Hohlohturm tower. A panoramic path led downhill through Bad Wildbad to the Eyach Bridge. A delightful tour on some very beautiful trails in the Black Forest.

Planned tour from @Schwarzwald Tourismus. Some little deviations (the main one: a short visit to Grünhütte) but a very nice tour nearly completely in the nature. The best is when you are at about 1.000m of height (there is also a car parking from where many different routes start).

Great trip ! Great tour.... just You better be ready for long ride and what You need is a boost of energy ! 🔥🙋🏻‍♂️

No more snowfields at Kaltenbronn. But I did get caught in the rain. Brand new rain jacket – arrived yesterday – tested it right away: It works 👍🏻
