Today was alright. The first few kilometers you had to dodge cars, but nothing too crazy.

There's a town around 10km in where you can recharge with coffee, pastries and a couple bottles of water.

Afterwards there's a small waterfall feature that's worth a look. There's another coffee stop next to it!

Sutri, the town we stayed in last night, is an ancient town, even older than most medieval towns. The amphitheatre, for example, was carved out of tufa rock 2000 years ago. It was buried for a long time but rediscovered and excavated in the 19th century. It looked just amazing: 2000 years old!
