The Långsjöns nature reserve is a classic example of what Stockholm's Sprickdalslandskap, the region's typical fault landscape, still makes possible, even within the city. A quiet lake, surrounded by rocks and old oaks, just a few minutes from the nearest stop. Those who wish can jump directly into the water from the small sandy beach or from the cliffs. In the summer, there is a toilet at Ekängens badplats. The reserve is very popular and consequently well-visited, especially on warm weekdays. Those seeking some peace and quiet should come early in the morning.
