Hiking
The tour starts at the town hall in Biederbach, which you can easily reach by bus. You walk west along the village road and into the forest. On the way out of the village, you pass the Gasthaus Dorfmühle, a good option for a stop at the end of the tour.
A narrow path leads you through the forest until you reach the Bäreneckle. Here, the view opens up far over the Rhine Valley and the surrounding meadows, and the Gasthaus Bäreneckle also invites you to have a refreshment. Afterwards, the path continues through the beautiful meadows and fields of the Southern Black Forest.
With views of the Hörnleberg and the Kandel, you walk back towards Biederbach over scattered hamlets. Above the village, you can take a break again at a beautifully situated rest bench with a postcard view of the village roofs before returning to the starting point.

The start and finish was Biederbach. From there we went on the Kreuzeckle tour.
Starting under the blanket of fog, after a few meters of altitude we finally got to see the sun ...
