Very nice, easy circular route for all age groups without any particular challenge. The Furkla-Alpe only opens in July, but there is a vending machine for hikers.
Take the village gondola and the panorama gondola to the tour start at Burtschasattel/Restaurant Frööd. Then, via Faregg, take tour no. 36 to the Furklaalpe, a relatively flat path with no significant elevation gain. From there, descend quite steeply (tour no. 38 in the cable car brochure). Then, turn right onto path no. 37, which climbs steeply and then continues with a steady ascent. You'll see the summit of the Loischkopf, but keep it to your left. The toboggan run also serves as the walking route. At the top, you rejoin the outward route. The return journey takes another 25 minutes to Frööd.
