The hiking trail starts on the German bank of the Our, near Tëntesmillen.
This route is like a journey into the past. In the last century, numerous mills were clattering on the Our, in which, among other things, the oak bark of the tan hedges was ground. This oak bark, also called tan, contains the tannin tannin and was therefore an important raw material for regional tanneries. For the local farmers it was an extremely interesting and welcome source of income.
Cross the border into Luxembourg at the Dasburger Bridge.
A few kilometers later, the ascent to the Kasselslee vantage point is definitely worth it, as you will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the Ourtal.
The path continues along the Our and its loops. Again and again there are great views over landscapes that are second to none.
