A short and picturesque cycling route connecting the historic heart of Sirolo to the Sassi Neri Beach, one of the most charming destinations on the Conero Riviera. The route starts in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, next to the Church of San Nicolò di Bari and its imposing bell tower, an ideal spot to fill your water bottle at the fountain before setting off.
The route skirts the village along Via Grilli and Via Peschiera, passing by the ancient walls, the medieval tower, and the Cortesi Theater. After a short, slightly uphill stretch, you join a dirt road that gently descends through the vegetation of the Conero Park, immersed in Mediterranean scrub.
The descent offers panoramic views of the sea, the cliffs, and the town of Sirolo. The final stretch follows Trail 303, with a gravel surface and moderate gradient: it requires a bit of caution, but the reward is arriving near the Da Silvio Restaurant, from where a short walk leads to the Spiaggia dei Sassi Neri, perfect for a dip and a moment of relaxation.
