Up here you have a wonderful view of the Black Forest and beyond. Highest peak in Baden-Württemberg, great refreshment. Attention: it is better to take warmer clothes with you, because …

Magic place, especially in the morning, when nothing is going on - but here is nature reserve and swimming and swimming (like many other things) prohibited.

Perfect for a gravel bike. Whether it's suitable for a road bike is certainly a matter of taste. For me, the Rinken-Alpersbach-Hinterzarten climb is more suitable (but also longer).

Trail Reviews

A.B.
August 14, 2024, Feldberg Gipfel ⛰️GRAVL 🚴🌲🗼

Today we're going to the highest mountain in Baden-Württemberg, the Feldberg with its 1493 m above sea level. Start at the campsite 🏕️ Schluchsee, first in the direction of Windgfällweiher then past Altglashütten, Mittelfalkau and the Titisee. From Titisee the climb begins to Feldberg - Bärental to the Raimartihof. A beautifully situated Black Forest farm with a place to stop for refreshments. A detour to the Feldsee is a must in this case. It continues uphill to the Zaster Hut and then to the Immisberg. From there follow the signs to the Todtnauer Hut. Over the Hochschwarzwald summit trail to the Feldberg/Seebruck junction. The two Seebruck peaks and the Feldberg peak can be climbed. Fantastic views are guaranteed. The journey continues to the chairlift entrance. A towpath takes you to the main road, cross it briefly and then the long descent to Schluchsee begins with beautiful views of the lake. At the lake, follow the lake path to Unterkrummen Hof (refreshment stop) and to the starting point Camping 🏕️ Schluchsee. Take a look at this collection on komoot - I think you might like it.
